Prompt and Accurate

I ordered a replacement electrical element for my smoker. The delivery was prompt. The description of item and price were accurate. Delivery was earlier than the original estimate.

Purchased a $700 Blaze Portable…

Purchased a $700 Blaze Portable Tabletop Grill from these people 8/27/22. Received grill 9/8/22 and from the getgo, had starting issues with the grill. Dangerous balls of Fire. I contacted there customer service department, explained in detail what was going on, and the sent me troubleshooting instructions for two different manufactures, not from Blaze. I even sent them a Video of the issue and they stopped contacting, i finally ended all communications with them last week. I finally contacted Blaze directly, and they helped me troubleshoot and resolve that dangerous problem, i tried to get BBQ Guys to exchange the grill for a bigger And more Expensive Blaze grill when this first started, but they wouldnt respond to this request, i would never, never purchase anything from them ever again, due to there lack of technical support for the products they sell. Purchase your grills from the Manufacturers if possible, and Never From them !

Happy Camper

Ordered a Weber Master Touch 22" grill in Deep Ocean Blue (hard to find color) on 8/17/2022.

Grill was delivered two days later on 8/19/2022, a day earlier than expected.

Ordering was simple and I received no less than four emails about my order and delivery status.

I am very pleased with the entire experience.

Their partners are terrible

Their partners are terrible. I ordered a Primo XL 400. FedEx left this giant palate outside my front gate, inviting it to be stolen. Then their partner Handy.com told us they can’t send two contractors. This grill weighs too much for one person to assemble.

When we tried to handle this, your phone rep only was able to process a return. WHY can’t you have a service assemble this for me? Instead I have to return it. Crazy. The first person that Handy sent out opened the box and then decided he couldn’t do it, so the box is sitting open in the rain. I can’t believe you are making us return the product with screwed up packaging rather than just getting it assembled. Crazy. You need better partners.

Excellent customer service

I recently ordered a gas grill that was missing some vital parts (a manufacturer error). I was obviously very frustrated with the situation, especially as the manufacturer was giving me (and still is giving me) the runaround on getting the proper replacement parts promptly.

Luckily I was able to work with Toshia on the customer service team at BBQ Guys, and she was so kind, patient, understanding, and helpful. As any great customer service rep should be, she was focused on how to make the situation right, and was incredibly creative and gracious in finding me a good solution. While the order itself went a bit awry, I will be a lifelong customer of BBQ guys, knowing that they legitimately take care of their customers and do what's right when called upon.

Bad customer service had to send…

Bad customer service had to send pictures of damaged bowl on Kamari Joe ceramic bbq pit. Had to send several pictures of package. Damaged bowl, several photos of the box etc. Told them I would not open box until new bowl was going to be shipped. Fed-ex said it was not there problem got tired of the excuses and shipped back at my cost. Never again pitiful customer service.

Ceramic grill arrived completely…

Ceramic grill arrived completely destroyed. They will not warranty or replace. Complete runaround for weeks. But anywhere but from them. Read the reviews. Wish I did first.
